Jim is a lovely human and I enjoyed working with him very much!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jim in the search for a lot in Kahite in April of this year. Our search unfortunately started with two previous agents from two other companies. The first agent most likely cost us a lot when she didn't respond fast enough to putting in an offer. The second took two weeks to respond after indicating she would check on some lots the next day. Thank goodness we came across Jim. We traveled down from Illinois to meet with Jim at a lot we were ready to invest in. The lot did not live up to its description and we thought Jim would be moving on to another customer. We were surprised and delighted to find out that he not only set the rest of the day aside to help us, he met with us again the next day as well for several hours. We quickly discovered what a man of character Jim is during two meals we shared with him. He also opened his home to us as he prepared a bid on a new lot. He returned our calls early in the morning and worked tirelessly late into the evening. One might expect this treatment when buying a higher priced home but a lot? Although we only knew Jim for the 2.5 days we were visiting Tellico Village, he made us feel like a close friend. Without any hesitation, we give 5 stars and highly recommend Jim for your real estate needs.

I had seen house on several websites and wasn't interested. Then Jim knew what we were searching for and asked me to just visit the house. I loved it from the moment I walked through the the front door. He made sure all repairs we wanted done were completed and even asked for more than I thought the seller to agree to. They were in expensive repairs. He worked with the listing agent to get them done. He also got the bid in very quickly and asked for a response within 24 hours. The seller accepted and 4 more came in after ours. He worked on our behalf and we got the house for even a lower price than we anticipated. We suggested to Jim a higher price to bid and he suggested a much lower price. We really didn't think the seller would accept, and we're so thankful to Jim for saving us much money. Jim knows his business and really looks out for his clients best interest instead of working to increase his own commission.
